Always a solution

Optimizing work processes at clients in the flexible labor market, that is what Niek Overbeeke, Operational Manager at Mysolution prefers to work on.

Niek Overbeeke has been working at Mysolution for years with great pleasure and is far from finished learning. Niek tries to better understand, simplify and translate complex processes for the customer into a Mysolution solution. Niek: "Although we have a standard solution, together with colleagues I am always looking for the solution that best suits the customer's process."

Always want to exceed expectations

Each new implementation yields new improvements. "Sometimes you think that the application is fully developed. Nevertheless, there are always new optimizations. For example, in the past period we have made a number of important improvements in order to be able to properly support the hirers' remuneration. Think of periodicals allocation or customer-specific deviations on a hirers' collective labour agreements.

"My goal is to always exceed customer expectations. That this is not a theory is evident from a compliment I recently received: if we have a certain requirement, you always come up with something nicer."

In addition to industry knowledge, a good implementation also requires a good relationship with the customer. Niek: "You spent time in their kitchen for a certain period of time. That's why I'm happy with the confidence I get every day."
