Let's introduce ourselves
My name is Jeremy van der Plaat and has been working since October 2018 in the role of recruiter at Mysolution. After completing my studies in Personnel and Organization, I ended up in recruitment and selection and I never let go of this beautiful profession.
Very traditionally I came into contact with Mysolution via a vacancy on LinkedIn and from the first acquaintance I immediately felt welcome here. A growing ICT company that needs large capacity in a tight labor market, every recruiter would see this as a challenge!
Recruiting forty new colleagues
In my approach, I strive to approach all potential colleagues personally. I ensure accessibility, listen carefully to someone's ambitions and also help my interlocutors to give insights into what their possible options can be at Mysolution.
My biggest challenge of the past year was certainly the goal to get 40 new employees enthusiastic about choosing our company. For me it is very nice to see that so many new people have a positive impact on our corporate culture and our further growth ambitions.
Close to 'the heart' of the organization
As a recruiter within an SME company, I see the opportunity to be close to 'the heart' of the organization. You have to be a go-getter and not want to give up. After all, a lid fits on every jar. Stay in touch with your network and give them something about what you're doing every now and then.

My next step within Mysolution is currently unknown. Where Mysolution is developing strongly and I am actually only just getting started, in my current role I am still desperately needed and I can still contribute just fine.
Working here for and with each other
I work at Mysolution because the atmosphere, the company size and the ambitions and drive of the employees and management appeal to me enormously. We have a no-nonsense culture that gives every individual the space to do fun things within his / her position and to be themselves. We not only work for each other here, but especially with each other on beautiful software products.
