All your candidate communication in one place WhatsApp communication with phone numbers per team
Organizations can now configure WhatsApp numbers per team in addition to the existing options for a central number or individual numbers. MSR-1183 | 2026-02
Until now, the WhatsApp integration in Mysolution supported two configurations:

one central WhatsApp number for the entire organization
-
individual WhatsApp numbers per user
For larger organizations with multiple locations or teams, this did not always provide sufficient flexibility. With this new feature, WhatsApp can now also be configured per team, allowing different locations or departments to use their own number, while communication remains centrally managed via the Message Center.

Feature explanation
WhatsApp configuration per team
A new communication method has been added in the WhatsApp settings: Team.
When this method is active the WhatsApp number is stored on the Team record. A team includes:

a WhatsApp Business Account
-
a Phone Number ID
A user is linked to a team via the WhatsApp Team setting. This is separate from the existing user team assignment. This link determines from which number messages are sent and which conversations are visible in the inbox.
Message Center
Inbox
The inbox shows all new and unassigned conversations for the team’s WhatsApp number. All users linked to that team can view these conversations.

Assign to another user within the same team

Close conversation
My Inbox
When a conversation is assigned to a user, it appears in that user’s My Inbox. Optionally, a flow can be used to automatically assign conversations based on, for example, the linked recruiter.
In My Inbox, in addition to the above options, users can close a conversation or mark it as unread for themselves. If a conversation is closed, it will automatically reopen when the candidate responds again.
Users can also unassign a conversation, making it available again in the Inbox tab so that other users can follow up on it.
Message Center on the contact page

On the contact page, conversations are now displayed based on team instead of user.

In the selection, the team name associated with the WhatsApp number is shown.

Users can only send messages from teams they are part of.

Conversations from other teams can be viewed, but not continued.
Sending WhatsApp via Flows
The existing Flow actions Send WhatsApp Template and Send WhatsApp Message now also support sending via a team number. A new optional parameter Team has been added.
Behavior:

If the Team parameter is filled → the number of that team is used
-
If empty → the user’s team is used
-
If WhatsApp is set to Team but the user has no team → the flow stops with a notification
WhatsApp Team selector
A new component WhatsApp Team selector is available on the user page.
By clicking Connect, a user can select a team with a configured WhatsApp number. The user can only be linked to one team. This is independent of the existing user team setup.
WhatsApp in MSR
