Overview and professionalism

Previously, the organization worked largely with Excel, but the rapid growth of the organization made working in Excel confusing. Administration took too much time and the candidate journey could be more professional. Thanks to Mysolution, Risketeers now has a solid foundation for further growth.

The start: from Excel to ambition

When Risketeers was founded, it largely ran on Excel. That worked fine in the beginning, but as soon as the number of candidates and clients increased, the team ran into limits. There was little overview and a lot of manual work. Documents went back and forth, data had to be entered twice and the application process did not always run smoothly.

Roy, Lead Recruitment Marketing at Risketeers, remembers that moment well: "When I came in, almost everything was still done in Excel. We had to do a lot of duplication, and there was little insight. Together with Sjoerd, we therefore immediately started looking for an ATS that could support our growth."

Managing Partner Sjoerd adds: "We needed a system that not only helped us get things in order, but that also grew along with our ambitions. It had to strengthen our way of working: more objective, transparent and honest to candidates."

After a thorough search, Roy and Sjoerd ended up at Mysolution. What immediately stood out: everything is integrated in one platform. Recruiting candidates, managing data, drawing up contracts, registering hours and invoicing.

The implementation also went smoothly. Not a standard process, but one that was well listened to and thought along with. "You notice that they understand how our industry works. We always got practical solutions, and if there is something wrong, someone is there right away," Sjoerd said.

Switching to Mysolution not only provided an overview, but also new possibilities. For Sjoerd, the candidate portal in particular stands out: "It immediately gives candidates a sense of belonging. Even before they are hired, they already have a place in our look and feel. Everything works easily: uploading documents, entering data, it looks sleek and professional. I think that's grandiose."

Roy is also a big fan of Maia, Mysolution's AI tool: "Maia reads all a candidate's data and converts that into a complete profile sketch with one question. You can send that to your client right away. That saves an enormous amount of time and makes our work faster and more professional."
