Introduction
Previously, when signers approved or rejected a document on the Experience Cloud portal, they were returned to the dossier list without any confirmation message. This lack of feedback could lead to uncertainty about whether the action was successfully processed. This update introduces clear visual confirmation to ensure a smooth and transparent signing experience.

Feature explanation
When a signer approves or rejects a document via mySign on the Experience Cloud portal, the system now displays a toast message to confirm the action. This message provides immediate feedback, letting the user know that their choice has been recorded successfully before they return to the dossier list. The message remains visible until cleared by the user, ensuring they have time to read the confirmation.
The confirmation messages are fully localized. For approvals, users will see a success message such as "Your approval has been recorded successfully." For rejections, the system displays "Your rejection has been recorded successfully." These messages are also available in Dutch, German, and French, matching the user's portal language settings.
To provide maximum flexibility for administrators, these notifications use two distinct messages. This allows for the overwriting of custom labels if a specific tone or wording is required for either the approval or rejection process, ensuring the portal communication aligns perfectly with the organization's branding and style.
Set-up / Implementation time
This feature is available immediately after the release; however, to make the new notifications visible, the Experience Cloud portal must be republished by a system administrator.
