Generate documents in bulk via a flow

Communicate wage and rate changes to large groups of candidates with automated bulk document generation. F106496 | 2026-05

Introduction

Previously, document generation was limited to single-record processing, which required manual intervention for each individual document. This new feature introduces bulk generation capabilities, allowing users to process hundreds or thousands of documents at once through automated flows.

Who is this feature relevant for?

  • Recruitment consultants
  • Back-office administrators
  • System administrators

Benefits at a glance

  • Significant time savings when generating documents for large groups of candidates.
  • Compliance with WTTA regulations by easily documenting wage or expense changes for entire populations.
  • Reduced manual errors by automating high-volume document creation tasks.

Feature explanation

The document generation engine has been upgraded to support asynchronous batch processing. This means that instead of waiting for each document to be created one by one, the system can now handle large requests in the background without hitting platform limits. This is particularly useful for staffing agencies that need to provide updated documentation to all candidates affected by a single wage table change.

The new bulk generator is accessible via Salesforce Flows, where administrators can pass a collection of records to the generation engine. The system then automatically queues these requests and processes them efficiently. This ensures that even during peak volumes, such as when thousands of placements require new documentation simultaneously, the process remains stable and reliable.

Set-up / Implementation time

This feature requires configuration within Salesforce Flows by a system administrator to define the collection of records and document types to be processed.
