CONTENTS
96076 | Documents not visible in SharePoint when using team placeholder in folder path
When a document type contained a SharePoint Folder Path with a team placeholder, such as #TEAM_CANDIDATE#\Candidate\2026, the generated document was not always stored correctly in SharePoint. The document itself was successfully generated from the candidate record, but it did not appear in the expected SharePoint folder.
This occurred because the team of the candidate was not always correctly applied when building the SharePoint path. As a result, documents could be stored in an incorrect or unexpected location.
This has now been corrected. The candidate’s team is consistently applied when generating the SharePoint path, ensuring that documents are stored in the correct folder and are immediately visible.
100449 | Postal code not always enriched during CV parsing without full enrichment configuration
When a CV did not contain a postal code, the Here API was used to determine and enrich this information. However, in certain scenarios this enrichment was not applied or updated correctly.
This could occur, for example, when only postal code enrichment was configured, when a CV was parsed again, or when enrichment data was already present but not refreshed.
This has now been improved. Postal code enrichment is consistently applied in all relevant scenarios, ensuring that the postal code is correctly determined and updated where needed.
100729 | Unread WhatsApp messages not highlighted when opening Message Center
When opening the Message Center, unread WhatsApp messages were not always correctly highlighted. This was caused by a timing issue in loading and displaying message statuses.
As a result, users could miss unread messages because they were not visually distinguished from read messages.
This issue has been resolved. Unread messages are now reliably highlighted when opening the Message Center. This works consistently for individual, central and team-based number configurations.
100742 (MSR-1195) | Images are now displayed directly in document preview
When opening a document, the system always attempted to generate an image preview first. This behavior prevented image files themselves from being displayed directly in the preview.
As a result, image formats could not be viewed properly within the document preview.
This has been adjusted. Image formats (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, webp) are now displayed directly in the preview, allowing immediate and correct viewing of image files.
100743 (MSR-1208) | Externally stored documents open correctly again in the portal
Documents stored externally could fail to open correctly in the portal. This was caused by incorrect handling of file sizes during processing.
Because of this, documents could not always be viewed or signed as expected.
This has now been corrected. File sizes are processed correctly, ensuring that externally stored documents can be opened and signed reliably in the portal.
101570 | mySign documents remain stuck after signing in portal
After signing a document in the portal, mySign documents were not always processed correctly. As a result, the document status could remain on Submitted for Approval instead of progressing further.
This created inconsistencies in the signing process and required manual follow-up in some cases.
This has now been resolved. Documents are processed correctly after signing and the status is updated consistently throughout the process.
101825 | Skill sharing rules now also respected on the Experience Cloud Portal
Skill sharing rules were not applied within the Experience Cloud environment.
As a result, users could see or edit skills that should not have been accessible based on the configured sharing rules.
This has now been corrected. Sharing rules are also applied within the Experience Cloud Portal, ensuring that visibility and edit permissions are correctly enforced.
101940 | Editing email content no longer possible in preview mode with Enhanced Letterhead
When using Enhanced Letterhead, it was still possible to edit email content in preview mode. However, any changes made in this mode were not applied to the actual sent email.
This could lead to confusion, as the preview did not accurately reflect the final email content.
This behavior has been adjusted. Preview mode is now read-only, ensuring that the preview always reflects the actual email that will be sent.
102076 | Improvement in processing CVs with many skills
Errors could occur when processing CVs for candidates with a large number of skills.
This could impact the stability of the CV parsing process and prevent successful processing in some cases.
This has been improved. CV processing is now stable and reliable, even for candidates with a large number of skills.
102539 | Portal menu works correctly again when opened from Business Central
When accessing the portal via Business Central, portal menu items did not always open correctly.
This could result in navigation issues and prevent users from accessing the correct pages.
This has now been resolved. Portal menu items open correctly in all scenarios when accessed from Business Central.
102141 | Prevent multiple invitations for appointments created via flow
When appointments were created via a flow, required attendees could receive multiple invitations for the same appointment.
This led to confusion and unnecessary duplicate notifications.
This has now been corrected. Only a single invitation is sent to each attendee when appointments are created via a flow.
102484 | Improved processing of externally stored documents in mySign
Externally stored documents were not always processed correctly during the signing process in mySign.
This could lead to inconsistencies in document handling and linking throughout the process.
This has been improved. Documents are now processed consistently and remain correctly linked during the entire mySign process.
