MSR Combi Fixed Features 2026-03

Features in the MSR Combi package that have been improved or in which issues have been resolved.

Dear customer, this release contains a number of significant fixed features that we would like to bring to your attention. These are fixed features 101380 and 103289. More information can be found on this page.

Version 2.4.0

‼️ 101380 | Preparations for transition to OData version 2.0

In this release, preparations have been made to support OData version 2.0. All customers will eventually be migrated to this version. In addition, this is required for customers using BC Online version BC28.

Once OData version 2.0 is activated, the outgoing message in the integration notifications will only contain the changes relative to the data in MSF. The integration will otherwise continue to work in exactly the same way.

The new version will always be activated in consultation with the customer. Customers who will soon be starting the migration process to BC Online will be contacted in due course. Customers who are already using BC Online or plan to do so in the near future will receive further information at a later stage.

‼️ 103289 | Automatism from MSF is applied to new allowance without automatism

When adding an allowance to a synchronised placement, an automatism could automatically be populated in MSF from the work type, even though this automatism had not been configured in MSR. This resulted in a different value in MSF than expected from MSR.

From now on, when creating an allowance from MSR, no automatism will be carried over from MSF if it has not been configured in MSR. As a result, the automatism fields will remain empty if no automatism has been set up in MSR.

Please note: from now on, automatisms for allowances must be configured in MSR. Please transfer any automatisms for allowances that are currently only set up in MSF.

103648 | Hours per day on the placement detail can no longer be cleared once filled

For customers working with OData: if hours per day have been manually adjusted on the placement detail in MSR, this field can no longer be cleared. It is still possible to enter 0 hours. MSF calculates hours per day based on business logic. If this is deliberately overridden in MSR, the field can no longer be cleared because the MSF logic can no longer be applied.

104064 | Price agreement synchronisation: special characters in name

When activating or deactivating a price agreement via the CRM to OData synchronisation, an error occurred when the name contained a special character (such as +, € or ?). This has been resolved by correctly encoding the name before it is used as a URL parameter.
