Consistent tracking and reminders for WhatsApp question lists

Introduction

Previously, question lists sent via WhatsApp did not record the 'Date Requested' or 'Date Answered' fields, unlike those sent via email or SMS. This lack of data meant that WhatsApp invitations were often missing from reports and, crucially, could not trigger automated reminders because the reminder engine depends on the request date.

Feature explanation

The system now automatically populates the 'Date Requested' field as soon as a WhatsApp question list invitation reaches the 'Invited' status. This ensures that the invitation is properly timestamped from the moment it is sent to the candidate. Similarly, the 'Date Answered' field is now filled automatically once the candidate fully completes the list, matching the behavior of email and SMS channels.

Because the 'Date Requested' is now present, these invitations are automatically picked up by the existing reminder engine. If your system is configured to send reminders after a certain number of days, candidates who received their list via WhatsApp will now receive those reminders. Note that these reminders are sent via email or SMS, as the system does not currently support sending reminders directly through WhatsApp.

This change applies only to new invitations created after the release. Historical WhatsApp invitations will not be backfilled, ensuring that old lists do not suddenly trigger unexpected reminders for candidates.
