      Upload and generate documents for the Tickets object

      Organizations that use or plan to use the Tickets component will benefit from this improvement.

      • You can now include data from the Tickets component in a document
      • You can upload a document to a ticket 

      Explanation of this new feature

      You can now upload a document in the Tickets object (msf__Ticket__c) and generate a document from it. The object is available in the global action 'Generate XML for document template', allowing you to include all fields from the object in a document template.

      Feature Implementation Time Model (FIT Model)

      • No implementation needed

      Setup
      To generate a document with ticket data, create a document template linked to the generated XML. No further setup is required, apart from necessary object and field permissions for this object.
