      Uniform and expanded Team filter

      The conditions of the Team filter in the Contact Team object have been aligned with other objects. Moreover, inactive teams are now automatically excluded from the filter. MSR-954 | Sep 2024

      • The Team filter is now applied consistently across all objects.
      • Inactive teams are automatically excluded. 

      Explanation of this new feature

      By adjusting the Team lookup field to the 'Contact Team' object, we ensure a uniform user experience and maintain high data integrity across the platform. By implementing the active team filter in the Team Lookup for all applicable objects, inactive teams are no longer displayed or accidentally used.
