MSW Fixed Features May Release 2025
Features in MSW Workforce that have been improved or issues that have been resolved.
Incorrect TSL overlap check
Resolved an issue where Time Sheet Lines that started after an existing entry and crossed
midnight triggered a false overlap error. Overnight shifts like 22:30–07:30 are now correctly
accepted.
Checklist item on Placement
The Checklist Icon on Placement now also works for Account Documents. With this, it can be
verified at the Placement if the Account has certain Documents.
Wrong default period for Time Sheet Attachment on portal
Attachments added to weekly Time Sheets at the Portal now display the correct time period.
Previously, when the user's view was set to "Week," the attachment showed the month instead.
Unjustly 'Waiting for Approval' issue
Previously, if a Time Sheet included a mix of lines—some requiring approval and some not—all
lines were incorrectly marked as 'Waiting for Approval'. This has been fixed. Now, lines that don’t
need approval can be submitted right away, even if they’re part of the same Time Sheet as lines
that do require approval.
Batch invoicing causes error
Previously, generating more than 20 Invoices at once could fail at the final step. This issue has
now been resolved.
Duplicate Invoice possible
It was theoretically possible to get duplicate invoices, when the invoice generation was called
twice at the same time. This has been fixed.
