CONTENTS

105275 | Optimisation of portal and email functionality

  • Field visibility in the portal restored
A correction has been made to the logic that controls the visibility of fields on the portal. Fields are now consistently shown or hidden again based on the configured criteria, ensuring a smooth user experience when filling in forms.
  • Email template for password setup available again
We fixed a bug where the system could not find the email template for creating a password. With this fix, the email for setting a new password is reliably sent to users again, so they can access their account without interruption.

106032 | Checklist item did not take a valid second identity document into account when determining the status

When a checklist item contained multiple document types with the same priority, the checklist status was determined by the first document type in the list, regardless of whether another document with a longer validity period was present. As a result, the status 'Expiring Soon' remained, even when a second approved document was still valid for years.

According to the applicable business logic, with equal priority the document with the latest validity date wins. The checklist status is now determined correctly based on this rule, regardless of the order in which document types were added to the checklist item. This applies both to the status calculation on the record itself and to the bulk validation.

106185 | Invitation time not recorded for subsequent signers in mySign

When signing serially via mySign, the time an invitation was sent was only recorded for the first signer. For subsequent signers, who only receive their invitation after the previous signer has signed, the field 'Invited from MSR on' remained empty. The invitation time is now recorded correctly for all signers, also when their invitation is sent later in the process.

107306 | Date in WhatsApp was not displayed in the user's language

The date in a WhatsApp conversation was not always shown in the user's language. For example, an English-speaking user could still see the date in Dutch format, including a leading zero (for example "05 maart" instead of "March 5"). From now on, the date is always displayed according to the user's language setting, for example "March 5" with an English setting and "5 juli" with a Dutch one.

107483 | Candidates were skipped when reprocessing CVs

When reprocessing CVs via the batch, candidates were skipped if the CV could not be processed automatically ('Parsing failed' flag checked) and no date of the last CV processing was known yet. From now on, these candidates are also included when the batch runs.

109044 | Background generation for a document type did not take the external database setting into account

For a document type, you can set generated documents to be stored in an external database once it is active. Until now, this setting was only applied to the 'Generate' field, but not to 'Generate In Background'. From now on, enabling 'Generate In Background' automatically activates 'Generate' as well, so the same logic is applied in both cases.

109209 | Performance issues in the skill matrix with many skills

With a large number of configured skills spread across multiple skill definitions, loading the skill matrix could be noticeably slower. This was because the list of skills was retrieved for every component in the matrix, even when this was not needed. This list is now only retrieved when you perform a search, so the skill matrix loads considerably faster.

109497 | Warning when the email template for setting a password cannot be used

If the email template for the "set password" email could not be retrieved - for example because the user had no access to the folder where the template is stored - the system still reported that the email had been sent successfully, while in reality the default email message was sent. When using the "Send Create Password Email" button, a clearly visible warning now appears when the configured template cannot be used, so it is immediately clear that the default email message was sent instead. The error message is also added to the Interface Log. The batch process is not affected by this issue, so nothing has been changed there.
