How do we make sure you stay well informed about key developments and changes?
Current changes and hotfixes
Changes to the planning, updates on hotfixes, or any delayed activities are communicated directly via the Topdesk News section on the homepage of the Self Service Portal. This way, you're always informed of the most recent status.
Where can you find specific information?
To help you quickly find the right information, we've created a detailed overview per product:
Mysolution Flex (MSF)
- Release Notes and Changes: Detailed release notes, including all table and field changes, can be found in Topdesk under Feature and Quality Updates → MSF.
- Key New Features: An overview of the key new functionalities can be found both in Topdesk (under the release notes) and in the Knowledge Base.
- Downloadable Software (for On-Premise Customers): If you use the on-premise solution, you can download the required software from Topdesk under Feature and Quality Updates → MSF → On Premise.
Mysolution Recruitment (MSR) and Combi
- Documentation: All relevant documentation is available in the Knowledge Base.
- Resolved Issues: A list of all resolved problems and bugs can be found under Fixed Features in the Knowledge Base.
- Installation Links for Sandboxes: To update your test environments (sandboxes), you can find the installation links and corresponding manuals in Topdesk under Feature and Quality Updates → MSR / MSF-MSR (combi).

Mysolution Workforce (MSW)
- Release Notes: The release notes for MSW are published in the Knowledge Base. We are currently finalizing the last preparations, so keep an eye on the Knowledge Base for the most recent updates.
MAIA
- Installation Links for Sandboxes: The installation links for sandboxes and the corresponding manuals for MAIA can be found in Topdesk under Feature and Quality Updates → MAIA.
