Filtering on Income Guarantee Migrants in MyCandidates

Easily filter candidates based on their income guarantee scheme, directly from MyCandidates. F105117 | 2026-04

Introduction

Recruiters who use Combi can now filter candidates based on data from the Income Guarantee Migrants registration. This new filter option makes it easier to quickly find the right candidates, without requiring any additional configuration.

Who is this feature relevant for?

  • For recruitment and staffing organisations that work with Combi and support migrant candidates with an income guarantee scheme.
  • For recruiters who want to filter in MyCandidates based on the start and end date, status or other data from the income guarantee registration.

Benefits at a glance

  • Income Guarantee Migrants is directly available as a filter criterion in MyCandidates.
  • A new "Active" field shows at a glance whether a candidate's income guarantee is currently valid.
  • No additional configuration required: the fields can be used directly in the existing filter builder.

Feature explanation

It is now possible to filter in MyCandidates on data from the Income Guarantee Migrants registration. Once Combi is installed, the following fields appear as filter criteria:

  • Start date
  • End date
  • Income guarantee expired
  • Active (new)
  • Business Unit
  • BC system ID
  • External ID

The new "Active" field automatically indicates whether an income guarantee is currently valid. This is the case when the guarantee is not marked as expired, the start date is today or earlier, and the end date is empty or has not yet passed. This allows recruiters to see at a glance which candidates have an active income guarantee, without having to combine separate filters.

This change only applies to customers with Combi. For customers without Combi, nothing changes.

Set-up / Implementation time

  • Once the new 'Active' field has been added to the match settings, it can also be used in the filter builder of the list views.
  • For full instructions on how to set up list views, refer to the List Views Configuration (2026-04).
