Expand address on job

Introduction

Previously, the job object in MSR did not support the full work address logic, limiting the ability to capture detailed location information. This update expands the address capabilities on the job object to ensure consistency and better data management.

Feature explanation

We have expanded the job object to include a dedicated field for the work address state or province. This allows users to capture more granular location data, which is particularly useful for reporting and filtering jobs by region.

Additionally, the existing work address field has been renamed to Work Address Street to more accurately reflect its purpose. These changes ensure that the job object aligns with the standard address structure used elsewhere in the system, providing a more intuitive experience for users managing job listings.

Set-up / Implementation time

This feature is available immediately after the release; however, administrators should verify that the new Work Address State/Province field is added to the relevant page layouts.
