Add large files via the checklist on the portal

Through the standard document controllers, it was already possible to upload large files via the portal. This is now also enabled in the checklist. MSR-1087 | October 2025

  • The maximum file size is set centrally and now applies to all portal components.

Feature explanation

From various objects in MSR, you can define checklists to verify whether the necessary documents for your processes are available. If the documents are stored on the person record, they can also be displayed in the candidate portal. From now on, the previous maximum file size of 2 MB no longer applies.

To place a checklist on the portal, you need to create a portal domain menu item of the type SFDocumentChecklist. If the checklist item is marked as visible on the candidate portal, it will also be shown to the candidate.
