Still allow checking Sent checkbox of Invoice if saving activity failed

The 'Sent' checkbox on Invoices is now selected even if the email was sent successfully but saving the related Activity failed. MSW June Release 2025


Who is this feature for?
For users who send Invoices by email and rely on the 'Sent' status as confirmation.

What has changed?
In rare cases, an email was successfully sent, but saving the related Activity record failed. Previously, this meant the ‘Sent’ checkbox on the Invoice was not selected, even though the recipient did receive the Invoice.

This has now been improved: the ‘Sent’ checkbox will now always be selected, regardless of whether the Activity record was saved successfully or not.
