Recalculate Time Sheets

New button added to manually trigger recalculation of a time sheet. May 2025


For whom is this feature
For back-office staff working with time registration for invoicing and/or payroll.

Benefits of this feature

  • Recalculate a time sheet after changes, such as updated sales prices

  • No longer dependent on automatic background processes

  • More control over accurate output for invoicing or payroll


What’s new
Time Sheets need to be calculated in order to be used for invoicing or payroll. This happens automatically every 15 minutes, when a user clicks ‘Generate Output’, or when an invoice is created. The field ‘Calculation Status’ indicates whether a Time Sheet has been processed. However, changes after initial calculation — such as a corrected sales price — were not previously picked up.

From now on, users can use the new ‘Recalculate’ button. Clicking this button clears the ‘Calculation Status’ field, which causes the system to automatically recalculate the Time Sheet within 15 minutes.
