Add all decimals option to Cultural Settings Number Notation in Recruitment

New option to display more than 2 decimals for 'Quantity' Time Types on invoices. MSW June Release 2025

Who is this feature for?

For teams using high-precision time tracking and invoicing, especially in industries where quantities often require more than two decimals.

What has changed?

In this release, we’ve made it possible to use more than 2 decimals for 'Quantity' Time Types on Time Sheet Lines and Output Entries. We also wanted all those decimals to be shown on generated 'Invoices', except for 'Amount' columns, which remain rounded to 2 decimals.

However, we decided that it should still be possible to control decimals on Invoices separately from decimals on Time Sheets. To support this, we added a new option 'Show All Decimals' in Custom Metadata Types under 'Number Settings'. With this option, and 'Cultural Settings' filled in on the Document Type Template record, you can display all decimals on the generated Invoice.

The existing options 'Maximum Two Decimals' and 'Two Decimals' still work as expected.
